Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls emails and online inquiries professionally
- Assist patients and clients with general questions services and scheduling
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a calm empathetic approach
- Accurately document all interactions in internal systems
- Maintain strict confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Provide consistent high-quality customer support
Qualifications
- Must currently reside in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Healthcare or call center experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Basic computer and data entry skills
