Position Summary:
Covenant Healths Manager of Labor Management provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for labor management initiatives across the health system. This role partners with hospital executives and corporate leaders to optimize workforce utilization control labor costs and ensure compliance with organizational standards. By setting measurable productivity goals and directing team activities to achieve those goals this role will identify opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities include implementing system-wide labor strategies monitoring key performance indicators and driving continuous improvement through data analysis training and consistent best practices across all hospitals.

Other Duties
Minimum Education:
Bachelors degree in finance accounting or a related field.
Minimum Experience:
Four (4) years of proven labor management experience with two (2) year in healthcare.
