As an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) in the Labor & Delivery department at Clovis Community youll join a close-knit team within a 16-bed unit known for its welcoming and supportive environment. Here youll build on the clinical expertise and leadership skills you developed at the bedside to guide and support a dedicated team that provides exceptional family-centered care. Youll coordinate patient care foster professional growth and help drive quality safety and performance initiatives that enhance outcomes for patients and staff alike. Required

• Current State of California Registered Nurse license required
• Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association required

Preferred

• Graduate of approved nursing program required Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
