Job Summary

Roles description:

A dedicated point of contact based at a clients location responsible for managing the overall relationship communication and delivery of IT services ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations while fostering a strong working partnership on-site. This is a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution and completion of projects and service delivery. Their responsibilities often span strategic planning team leadership client management and ensuring operational excellence

Key roles and responsibilities of an Ensite engagement partner in an IT organization:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels including decision-makers and technical teams.
    2. Proactively communicating project updates challenges and successes to clients.
    3. Managing client expectations and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Project Delivery Oversight:
  1. Monitoring project progress against timelines and budgets identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies.
  2. Ensuring quality standards are met throughout project execution.
  3. Coordinating with remote IT teams to deliver project deliverables on time.
  4. Identifying assessing and mitigating risks associated with project delivery. Developing contingency plans to address potential issues.
  5. Managing project financials ensuring profitability and controlling costs.
  • Leadership and Team Management:
  1. Managing and motivating the onsite IT team providing mentorship and performance feedback.
  2. Facilitating collaboration between onsite and remote teams.
  3. Managing and directing teams of Project Managers and potentially other delivery-focused roles including remote or offshore teams
  4. Overseeing resource allocation and staffing to ensure projects are adequately supported.
