DescriptionJob Responsibilities
- To record finance and accounting transactions while ensuring accuracy completeness and timeliness
- Process month end quarter end and year-end financial statements
- Provide business insights based on the performance dashboards
- Manage the month end performance meetings with the client
- Plan and organize work methodically according to the priorities and deadlines
- Ensure the accuracy of the financial statements and work closely with the bookkeeping team on accuracy and problem solving
Candidate Profile
- Following a qualification in CIMA / ACCA /CA or an undergraduate following a finance / business management degree
- 2 - 3 years of accounting experience preferably in a BPO will be an added advantage
- Knowledge in Xero and MYOB accounting system
- Conversant with MS office specially Excel and Teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English is a must and non-negotiable
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Has the ability to prioritize work and communicate well with customers
- Ability to take ownership of the assigned work and work independently
- Fast Learner who can work with minimum supervision
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Upholds the highest standards of ethics and can maintain confidentiality
