What Were Looking For

Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above).
Proven experience as a Nursery Manager with a track record of achieving good and outstanding Ofsted ratings.
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
Confident leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower a team.
Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
A genuine passion for creating inspiring learning opportunities for young children.

Key Responsibilities

Lead mentor and support staff embedding best practice across the team.
Maintain high standards of safeguarding compliance and quality assurance.
