Job Summary
As aSenior DSP Engineer (17705)you willbe responsible fordesigning developing andmaintaininghigh-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projectsmentoringjunior engineers and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Design implement and deploy advanced digital signal processing algorithms from prototype to production across complex data environments.
- Develop and optimize DSP models using Python and MATLAB ensuring robust mathematical foundations and high-performance execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DSP solutions into real-time edge or cloud-based systems while ensuring reliability and scalability.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong background in digital signal processing and proven experience delivering DSP solutions from prototype to production.
- High proficiency in Python (NumPy SciPy Pandas Matplotlib/Plotly) and MATLAB for advanced signal analysis and algorithm development.
- Excellent mathematical foundations including linear algebra probability statistics and optimization.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Applied Mathematics Computer Engineering Physics or a related field.
- Experience with real-time or high-performance systems including streaming frameworks edge inference platforms GPU acceleration or FPGA/DSP SoCs.
- Familiarity with domain-specific signal types such as seismic microseismic acoustics vibration or industrial process data.
- Experience with array processing beamforming sparse recovery or advanced denoising techniques.
- Exposure to MLOps tools model serving frameworks cloud environments containers time-series databases and CI/CD pipelines.
