We are seeking a Marketing Administrative Assistant to join our collaborative Marketing Communications and Engagement team. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing Communications & Engagement you will play a key role in organising the departments administration and providing crucial support for marketing projects. This is a full-time position offering four weeks of annual leave and will commence in January 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

Support event planning implementation and onsite engagement activities
Assist with event communication and donor administration
Process invoices and manage new suppliers
Reconcile credit card statements
Take meeting minutes as needed
Update marketing calendars and community databases

Excellent communication and organizational skills
The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF
Attention to detail
