Delivering friendly welcoming and knowledgeable customer service
Receiving sorting and pricing donated stock in line with Vinnies guidelines
Replenishing shelves and racks to keep the store looking full and inviting
Using your creativity to assist with visual merchandising
Supporting the team to achieve daily sales targets
Following Vinnies policies and procedures at all times
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service
A good understanding of fashion trends and quality pre-loved items
High energy and a willingness to get stuck in and support the team
Strong organisation and time management skills
Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading periods
