What will you do

As Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer based in Sydney you will work in partnership to provide high-level executive support a true right-hand and strategic role. Having a strong business acumen and attention to detail as well as being comfortable navigating complexity will be essential for this role. Supporting a member of the Group Executive Leadership Team will also require strong leadership and influencing skills.

What can you bring to the team

• Proven experience providing high-level support to C-suite executives approachable with a collaborative working style and ability to understand corporate strategy and priorities.

• Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs and pivot when required.

• Outstanding communication abilities including tailoring information for executive audiences.

• Positive mindset combined with strong passion for problem-solving and driving successful outcomes.

• Skilled relationship builder comfortable collaborating across multiple locations and ability to act as a seamless extension of the COOs brand.

• Proficiency in MS Office and executive support technologies to streamline workflow and communications.

• Comfortable working in a hybrid workplace environment with approximately 2-3 days per week in the Sydney office.
