Job Summary
The Recruiter partners with hiring managers to deliver effective high-quality talent acquisition solutions aligned with organizational goals. This role consults on workforce needs provides guidance throughout the hiring process and ensures a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key responsibilities include advising leaders on position requirements and creating job requisitions recommending effective assessment and interview strategies and ensuring that job descriptions are accurately formatted and optimized for online postings. The Recruiter also identifies the most effective sourcing channels including niche job boards and professional networks to attract qualified and diverse talent.
This position requires strong communication consulting and organizational skills as well as the ability to balance strategic insight with hands-on execution. The Recruiter plays a vital role in promoting the organizations employment brand and ensuring hiring practices that are consistent inclusive and aligned with business priorities.
Education/ Experience
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or Behavioral Science.
Six (6) years of corporate recruiting experience.
