Day - 08 Hour (United States of America)
The Manager of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) for Cardiovascular Health oversees clinical operations and team management across the Tri-Valley and Emeryville locations. This role provides leadership for CT Surgery APPs Vascular Surgery APPs and collaborates with a surgical team of surgeons.
The manager also directly supervises RN Coordinators supporting CTS TAVR Vascular Surgery EPDevice and Echo services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop APP teams in CT Surgery and Vascular Surgery as well as RN Coordinators across multiple cardiovascular programs.
Oversee workflows for APPs and trainees at both sites to ensure high-quality efficient patient care.
Support operations in outpatient clinics at both locations inpatient services at Tri-Valley and the OR at Tri-Valley and Emeryville.
Collaborate closely with leadership and clinical partners reporting directly to Ani and through CAP with a dotted-line reporting relationship to Rose Geronimo Senior Director of Nursing for Cardiovascular Health.

A Brief Overview
The Manager - Advanced Practice Providers (APP) provides administrative and clinical practice leadership to and manages APPs (Nurse Practitioners Physician Assistants Clinical Nurse Specialists and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists) in select areas of Stanford Hospital and collaboration with the Director of Advanced Practice the APP manager will participate in developing structured APP associated metrics for assessing outcomes of APP care and quality of care metrics; in ensuring that APPs meet various state and federal regulatory agency requirements and ensure that APPs participate in cost-savings and revenue-generating practices.

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $106.01 - $140.47 per hourThe salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity experience education specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
