About the role
As our Logistics Coordinator youll be the engine behind our physical product flow. Youll work closely with our logistics partners and internal teams to make sure our machines spare parts and consumables get where they need to go on time and in full.
From resolving delivery issues and managing returns to chasing shipments and streamlining warehouse operations youre the go-to person who keeps things moving. Its a role with plenty of variety and ownership and it comes with its fair share of small and big logistical puzzles to solve. Think: whats behind a series of failed deliveries how can we reduce lead times or how do we make a tricky installation run smoothly from a logistics point of view
If youre someone who thrives on solving practical problems working with different stakeholders and making operations better every week this role is for you.
What youll do
Coordinate outbound logistics with our 3PL tracking and chasing shipments resolving exceptions and keeping stakeholders informed
Work closely with our Supply Chain team on coordinating inbound logistics with various suppliers and our 3PL; ensuring accurate stock management; and/or the return/repair process
Improve 3PL performance by gathering data giving feedback and proposing process improvements
Contribute to broader operational processes and improvement initiatives
Occasionally pack and ship orders directly from our headquarters
About you
Youre someone who thrives in a central role bringing structure to a fast-paced environment while keeping both colleagues and customers happy. You communicate clearly stay organized under pressure and enjoy tackling problems head-on.
Must-haves:
Experience and affinity with logistics and/or operations (or very eager to learn!)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills the ability to keep track of many moving parts and who enjoys jumping in where needed
Clear and confident communicator both written and verbal with colleagues and external partners
Detail-oriented meticulous and thorough
Comfortable using digital tools (ERP shipment tracking portals)
Fluent in English
Based in the Netherlands able to work 45 days a week from our HQ
Able to work without visa sponsorship from the company in the Netherlands
Nice-to-haves:
Previous experience coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) providers
Background in a fast-paced scale-up or startup environment
Affinity with technical products
MBO or HBO-level thinking and working experience

Annual gross salary 35-40k (depending on seniority)
