ResponsibilitiesDirector IT for Honeywell International Charlotte NC
Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive the architectural design of our Field Services and other SFDC platforms ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Manage a team of architects and developers providing guidance support and performance feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture promoting professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and design solutions.
- Influence the adoption of best practices coding standards and architectural patterns across projects.
- Work closely with product managers project managers and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into an effective architecture.
- Conduct performance assessments and implement optimizations as needed.
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE:
- Qualified applicants must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering Computer Science or related field and 8 years of IT experience.
- Must have 4 years of experience with the following: proven ability to drive successful Salesforce development projects and initiatives; and Field Service domain experience (Salesforce or other platforms).
- Must have 2 years of experience with the following: experience designing and configuring on Salesforce platform; and experience designing and defining data flow diagrams between Salesforce and other boundary systems; and experience in people management including providing guidance support and performance feedback.
- Up to 10% international and domestic travel required.
- Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week.

- Location: Charlotte NC
- 40 hours/week
