POSITION SUMMARY
The Support Clerk I supports the mission of CHS by providing information to callers and performing various clerical tasks for the Service Coordination department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Delivers excellent customer service by greeting visitors directing incoming faxes or telephone calls to the appropriate staff forwarding calls to voicemail and/or takes messages as needed. Distributes incoming and outgoing mail and monitors the postage meter balance maintains conference room schedules distributes manages petty cash calculate and report Consumer Satisfaction Survey results monthly as applicable. Creates and updates Service Coordination contact list for the assigned counties.
