Note: CRNGJPand CRNGJPare identical requirements except CRNGJPis for A Shift (6:00AM - 2:30PM) and CRNGJPis for B Shift (1:00PM - 9:30PM). Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work overtime when required

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Manufacturing or production environment experience
Experience with glass handling or cosmetic inspections
Exposure to ISO GMP or regulated environments
Inventory counting or logistics support experience
Experience training or supporting new team members

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Support production operations through material handling machine setup and workstation preparation
Perform administrative tasks including data entry logs and production documentation
Assist with logistics activities such as moving materials cycle counts and inventory audits
Maintain sanitation and safety standards including waste disposal and PPE compliance
Perform basic quality inspections and ensure labeling and cleanliness standards
Support training of new hires and participate in continuous improvement activities

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED (required)
1 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs with assistance
Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and wear required PPE
Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures
