Were seeking a Sales Training & Quality Senior Manager who will build and lead the training certification and quality assurance programs that keep our sales and lead generation teams operating at peak performance.

Position Overview

The Sales Training & Quality Senior Manager is responsible for developing executing and continuously improving all training certification and quality control programs across EPIC Health and its subsidiary organizations.

This individual will design implement and manage sales onboarding training programs and ongoing performance assessments to ensure consistency compliance and operational excellence across multiple business units.

Initially functioning as an individual contributor this leader will build the foundation for scalable training systems quality audits and CRM performance standards ultimately growing into a leadership role overseeing a team of trainers and QA analysts.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development

  • Lead all new hire onboarding programs for sales and lead generation roles across all business lines.
  • Design and implement standardized sales training curricula including playbooks technology tools scripts and certification paths.
  • Conduct ongoing skill refreshers workshops and re-certification programs to maintain consistent performance levels.
  • Build and manage a Sales Training Academy framework for internal certification advancement and promotion readiness.
  • Partner with department heads to align training initiatives with sales objectives revenue goals and growth KPIs.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Execute QA/QC audits call monitoring and performance scoring across all sales and lead gen departments.
  • Maintain 100% CRM compliance and accuracy coordinating with system administrators for updates or enhancements.
  • Develop and monitor metrics for training impact QA scoring and improvement trends.
  • Identify gaps in process communication or systems that impact sales performance and lead initiatives to close them.

Technology & Systems

  • Oversee CRM adoption and accuracy (Go High Level platform).
  • Implement and manage QA tools for call monitoring performance dashboards and workflow tracking.
  • Maintain and evolve the internal LMS or cloud-based training hub for easy access to playbooks scripts and certifications.
  • Deliver weekly training and QA performance dashboards to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO).

Leadership & Culture

  • Lead with a coaching mindset fostering a culture of growth accountability and excellence.
  • Conduct bi-weekly ILF (Impact Learning Loop Feed Forward) sessions with key team members.
  • Partner closely with the CGO and department directors to drive strategy reporting and alignment across divisions.
  • Promote a Culture of Quality by integrating QA data and insights into leadership decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Communications Marketing or related field (Masters preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales training enablement or quality assurance ideally within healthcare insurance or a high-volume sales environment.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering training programs across multiple business lines.
  • Demonstrated expertise in CRM management (Go High Level preferred) and QA systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience reporting on KPIs and training effectiveness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to inspire coach and lead teams.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance tactical execution and long-term vision.
