Job Summary
The Junior Contracts Administrator supports the full lifecycle of the contracting processfrom acquisition planning through closeoutwithin delegated contracting authority. This role assists with the preparation review and administration of contracts for professional services supplies construction and other procurement activities.
Key responsibilities include assisting with solicitation preparation source selection contract awards modifications and record maintenance. The Junior Contracts Administrator helps ensure compliance with organizational policies and contracting regulations while learning to manage various contract types including fixed-price and cost-reimbursable agreements.
This position requires strong organizational analytical and communication skills as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams vendors and external partners. The role offers the opportunity to develop expertise across all phases of contract management and build a foundation for progressive advancement in the procurement and contracting field.
Education/ Experience
Bachelors Degree in Business Accounting Finance or a related field.
One (1) year of progressively responsible experience in developing and administering complex awards.
