What Were Looking For

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Proven success as a Nursery Manager achieving strong Ofsted outcomes.
  • Confident leader with excellent communication organisational and mentoring skills.
  • Deep understanding of EYFS child development and safeguarding practices.
  • A genuine love for nurturing children and supporting teams to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a passionate team to deliver exceptional early years education and care.
  • Maintain and exceed Ofsted Good or Outstanding standards through strong leadership and attention to quality.
  • Oversee daily operations including staffing budgeting and compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with children families and the wider community.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation
