Were seeking a skilled Quality and Safeguarding Partner to join our collaborative People & Quality team. This role is vital to supporting our services to be child-safe compliant and continuously improving supporting best outcomes for children families and educators.

The role:
Reporting to the Quality and Safeguarding Lead youll support quality and safeguarding processes across the organisation. Youll manage investigations coordinate the continuous improvement register support compliance with the National Quality Framework and help ensure Lady Gowrie Tasmania maintains strong child-safe and regulatory standards.
