As a Advanced Manufacturing Engineer I here at Honeywell you will plan and design manufacturing processes for both existing and new products determining the equipment and tools needed to meet product specifications. Youll maximize efficiency by analyzing equipment layout workflow assembly methods and workforce utilization while also supporting daily production addition you will lead producibility improvement projects for new products in a dynamic and challenging environment.
You will also contribute to the development and modification of manufacturing processes define process equipment requirements and specifications and review processing techniques and methods used in the fabrication and evaluation of Ring Laser Gyroscopes (RLGs) and MEMS-based Inertial Measurement Units (IMUs).
You will report directly to ourEngineering Managerand youll work out of ourMinneapolis MNlocation on aHybridwork schedule.

THE BUSINESS UNIT
Mechanical Systems & Components provides a wide range of mechanical products and value-adding services to Honeywell Aerospace customers including aircraft manufacturers and operators and agencies of the U.S. government. The business develops and manufactures air and thermal systems mechanical components and wheels and braking systems. It also manages and operates facilities for the Federal government. Every 5 seconds an aircraft lands with Honeywell Wheels and brakes. The entire fleet of U.S military fighters and trainers use Honeywell Cabin Pressure Systems.

The annual base salary range for this position is $68000 - $85500. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
