Manufacturing Operations Analyst

What you will do

As a Manufacturing Operations Analyst you will own the measurement tracking and reporting systems behind the Canby plants Operations Excellence and High-Performance Team (HPT) model. You will maintain operations excellence and HPT scorecards analyze leading indicators track certification and training metrics and translate data into actionable insights for plant leadership. This is a handson plantbased role that blends operational analytics with onfloor facilitationwithout direct people management.

How you will do it

• Track and trend Plant KPI leading indicators job certification status training completion and HPT performance.
• Prepare monthly analytical summaries highlighting trends gaps and recommendations for plant leadership.
• Own development and maintenance of HPT scorecards and performance metrics.
• Drive development of HPT action plans that align with plant objectives and measurable teamlevel KPIs.
• Ensure accuracy timeliness and integrity of all Operations Excellence and HPTrelated data.
• Use data to enable continuous improvement of HPT maturity and ongoing effectiveness
• Coordinate recognition using objective performance data.
• Ensure team and leadership monthly result monthly results meetings occur and rive measurable outcomes.

What we look for

Required

• Demonstrated experience building maintaining or analyzing operational metrics scorecards or performance dashboards in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong ability to interpret data identify trends and turn insights into clear recommendations.
• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Operations Analytics Business EHS HR or a related discipline with demonstrated analytical work.
