Qualifications

High school graduate.
Excellent typing and word processing skills.
Outstanding social interpersonal and telephone skills.
Strong skills in organization and communication.
Team oriented.
Ability to observe confidentiality requirements.
Preferred experience in use of computer programs: MS Word Excel Outlook Google Docs and Campus.
Demonstrated experience and proficiency working with a culturally ethnically racially and socioeconomically diverse school community is preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsible for answering telephones and parent/student contact.
Responsible for processing student attendance.
General secretarial duties as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Compensation / Benefits:
RAVE Clerical Association Wage Group IV: $21.71 - $24.39 Hourly-According to contractual agreement (based on 2025-26 contract)
