Position Overview:
As Audit you will be the first point of contact for our guests ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their stay. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience for every guest assisting them with their needs and ensuring smooth internal operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify credit card data
- Register guests collecting necessary information
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Provide information about our hotel available rooms rates and amenities
- Respond to clients complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests needs
- Inspect rooms and common areas and enforce rules
- Ensure quiet hours are enforced
- Assist all guest inquiries or maintenance issues that may arise overnight
- Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services
- Upsell additional facilities and services when appropriate
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
- Cross-train other departments including breakfast and laundry
- Assist managers with daily duties
- Support your team
- Work to ensure every stay is a GREAT stay!
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Organizational skills.
- Desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule ability to work holidays nights and weekends.
- Computer proficiency and experience with hotel management software is a plus.
- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred.
