The Midsomer Norton Schools Partnership is a large and very successful Multi-Academy Trust operating in the South West of England. There are currently 36 schools in the Trust and growth in the next 12 months is anticipated to take that total to over 45 schools. Given the growth forecast we are altering our leadership structure across the Trust by introducing some defined Hubs (or groups) of schools. These Hubs will largely be determined by geography and will follow all policies and processes of the Trust. We anticipate the development of two Hubs in the next 18 months. The first of these will be in Frome and focussed on improving standards for all children.
We are advertising for a Strategic Hub Lead for the Frome area who will oversee the improvement of all MNSP schools in the town and local area. The person appointed will have experience of a range of schools and phases and be able to demonstrate that they have significantly improved pupil outcomes at a school they have been responsible for.
