Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
Location: Fort Myers FL
Type: Contract Shift: 12hr Days
Pay Rate: From $48/hr
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seekingTravel Registered Nurse Progressive Care Unit for an exciting Travel job inFort Myers FL.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with hospital policies and PCU standards.
Manage patient assignments with a ratio of 45:1.
Perform assessments administer medications and coordinate care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
Float to other units as needed.
Document patient care accurately and timely in the EMR.
Participate in unit meetings training sessions and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of PCU experience required.
BLS and ACLS certification required.
Must have experience with EPIC EMR.
Prior travel nursing experience preferred.
Degree from an accredited nursing program OR 5 years of PCU experience.
