The Registered Nurse provides skilled nursing care case management and hospice care to individuals. Responsibilities include patient assessments medication administration treatment planning and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Strong communication and collaboration with patients providers and team members are essential.

Responsibilities:
- Providing skilled nursing care.
- Performing patient assessments.
- Administering medications.
- Creating and implementing treatment plans.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
- Participating in code response and fire safety procedures.
- Adhering to infection control laser safety and radiation safety protocols.
- Properly handling and labeling specimens.
- Implementing Universal Protocol (Time Out) procedures.
- Performing urinary bladder catheterization.
- Managing administration of blood and blood products.
- Providing skilled nursing care.
- Performing patient assessments.
- Administering medications.
- Creating and implementing treatment plans.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
- Participating in code response and fire safety procedures.
- Adhering to infection control laser safety and radiation safety protocols.
- Properly handling and labeling specimens.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Experience in General OR.
- Experience in ortho-total joint and trauma Neuro GYN/Urology Vascular Thoracic.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- EPIC experience.
- Da Vinci Xi Surgical System experience.

Special Considerations:
- Minimal RTO is preferred.
- Call is required.
- Teal scrubs are required.
