DescriptionWork Schedule:
100% FTE Day shift Monday through Friday Variable hours generally 0800 - 1630 No weekends or holidays. Youll work at 2550 Charles St. You may be eligible for a $15000 sign on bonus.
Additional components of compensation may include:
- Evening night and weekend shift differential
- Overtime
- On-call pay

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Required
Licenses & Certifications
- Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure. Required
- Valid State drivers license and proof of liability insurance. Required
- CPR certification/bi-annual. Required
- An applicant for employment as a physical occupational or speech therapists must present acceptable evidence of licensure or authorization to test at the time of employment. An applicant who fails to provide this documentation will not be hired. A new employee will not be allowed to work as a therapist or assistant until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided. Required
