Job Summary
Job Description Azure DevOps Engineer (34 Years)
Location: Kochi
Shift Timing: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
Work Type: On-site
Preference: Male candidates (due to early-morning shift requirement)
Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled Azure DevOps Engineer with 34 years of hands-on experience in Azure cloud services and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate must have strong Azure expertise excellent communication skills and the ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic project requirements. This role requires early-morning work hours and flexibility to extend when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Design implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Manage and support Azure infrastructure including deployments scaling and monitoring.
- Automate processes through scripting (PowerShell Bash YAML).
- Collaborate with development and QA teams for smooth and reliable pipeline operations.
- Manage version control systems (Git) and handle branching strategies.
- Ensure system security through best practices access controls and compliance standards.
- Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvements.
- Ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of DevOps activities.
- Flexibility to extend work hours when project deadlines require.
Required Skills & Experience
- 34 years of hands-on experience as an Azure DevOps Engineer.
- Strong expertise in:
- Azure Services (VMs Networking Azure SQL App Services Storage etc.)
- Azure DevOps (Pipelines Repos Boards Artifacts)
- CI/CD pipeline design & automation
- Infrastructure as Code (ARM/Bicep/Terraform nice to have)
- Docker & Kubernetes (basic to intermediate knowledge preferred)
- Strong understanding of deployment strategies (blue-green canary etc.).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Smart proactive quick learner with solid problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Work Timings & Expectations
- Shift: 7 AM4 PM (early shift availability required).
- Must work from the Kochi office.
- Flexibility to extend working hours based on project demands.
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Azure certifications (AZ-900 AZ-104 AZ-400).
- Exposure to international client environments.
- Experience with monitoring tools (Azure Monitor Application Insights ELK Grafana etc.).
