Job Summary

Analista de Servicio al Cliente

Candidatos ubicados en ciudad de México.

Objetivo General:

Brindar soporte operativo y administrativo al área de servicio al cliente asegurando el correcto seguimiento y gestión de órdenes cancelaciones devoluciones facturación controles y reportes contribuyendo a la satisfacción del cliente y al cumplimiento de los procesos internos.

Responsabilidades Principales:

1. Seguimiento y Gestión de Procesos

  • Seguimiento a cancelaciones y ejecución de cancelaciones.
  • Seguimiento de devoluciones y rechazos.
  • Seguimiento de deliveries (interfaz SAP/JDA).
  • Seguimiento de faltantes y líneas canceladas (JDA).
  • Seguimiento de muestras venta a empleados exportaciones y facturación.
  • Seguimiento de reservas y liberación de reservas.

2. Administración de Órdenes

  • Gestión de órdenes de servicio.
  • Gestión de órdenes tradicionales
  • Gestión de órdenes drop.
  • Gestión de órdenes E-commerce.
  • Gestión de órdenes moderno.

3. Facturación y Control

  • Ejecución de NCR.
  • Facturación de activo fijo y aseguradoras.
  • Generación de UPC.
  • BO Recovery.
  • Facturación aseguradoras.

4. Reportes y Actualización de Indicadores

  • Reporte histórico de órdenes y procesos.
  • Actualización y seguimiento de KPIs.
  • Controles administrativos (histórico reservas uuid KPIs).
