Be part of the team that gives LEGO bricks their final touch! As a Senior Quality Engineer in Processing youll ensure the highest quality in the assembly and decoration of our iconic bricks combining hands-on quality work with global collaboration and improvement projects.

Core Responsibilities

As a key quality partner for your processing platform youll work side by side with a Quality Technician to tackle both day-to-day and strategic quality challenges. More specifically you will:

  • Lead root cause analysis and drive effective corrective and preventive actions for identified safety or quality issues within the assigned area.
  • Evaluate product quality and make decisions on quality levels (Minor Major Critical PS) in line with established standards and specifications.
  • Define or update product quality standards when existing criteria are missing or outdated.
  • Conduct process quality evaluations and provide approvals on behalf of the Quality department within your area of responsibility.
  • Collaborate globally with colleagues and production sites worldwide to ensure consistent quality performance and guideline sharing.

This position is located in our Kladno manufacturing site and there is no relocation assistance offered for this role.

Do you have what it takes

  • Background in Quality Engineering Logistics or Production with proven relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Understanding of ISO and 18001 standards and their practical application in daily operations would be an advantage.
  • Proactive and detail-focused with strong organizational skills ownership approach and ability to make decisions.
  • Digitally curious interested in using data automation and digital tools to drive improvements.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills - team player with openness to collaborate across functions and mentor junior colleagues.
  • Experience with MS Office and SAP
  • Fluent in Czech and English (both written and spoken).
