About the Role:
As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager youll provide expert nursing leadership and support to the Nurse Unit Manager in managing clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of safe high-quality emergency care. You will promote continuity and consistency of care through collaboration with the broader leadership team assist in the implementation of practice improvements and support the professional development of nursing staff.
In this role youll also take on key management responsibilities such as performance management recruitment rostering work allocation and resource planning ensuring efficient and effective coordination within the unit. Youll lead by exampledemonstrating accountability clinical excellence and a commitment to developing and guiding less experienced staff.

This is a part time vacancy working 64 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
