Were hiring for multiple passionate Support Workers to join our dedicated team on a casual basis for in-home and community support based in North Brisbane.
At Northcott youll make a real difference every day by supporting people with disability to live more independently confidently and connected to their community.
What youll do:
- Support customers to develop skills and maintain independence.
- Provide respectful person-centred personal care (including toileting dressing showering feeding and medication support).
- Use manual handling techniques and equipment safely and confidently.
- Assist with mealtime management household tasks (like cleaning and shopping) and community access.
- Build positive empowering relationships that help customers achieve their goals.

Were looking for Support Workers who:
- Can work flexibly across mornings afternoons and nights.
- Willingness to work with children and adults and provide personal care if required.
- Has experience working with children.
