Deductions Team Leader
Leeds/ Hybrid 3 days in the office per week
About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Retail Deductions professional looking for a new and exciting challenge by joining a rapidly expanding global brand. You will have worked in a similar role and have the ability to work within a fast paced high volume environment. This position requires self- motivation organization and the need to be cross functional with the business.
- Processing deductions end to end for your regions
- Escalation point of contact for Analysts
- Managing dispute resolution process
- Weekly analysis/reporting on your region
- Supporting your team on a daily basis
- Working with the wider business to maintain strong relationships
Some of the skills and experience youll bring:
- Proven Experience in an accounting role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with accounting software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
