Are you ready to achieve great things with us The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end order management processensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. This role collaborates with internal teamssuch as procurement logistics sales and customer service to optimize supply chain operations andenhance customer satisfaction. KEY ACTIVITIES - Manage and monitor the full lifecycle of customer orders from receipt to delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers warehouses and logistics partners to ensure timely orderfulfillment.
- Resolve order discrepancies delays and issues with proactive communication andproblem-solving.
- Maintain accurate records of orders shipments and inventory levels in ERP systems.
- Analyze order trends and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with demand planning and procurement teams to align supply withcustomer demand.
- Ensure compliance with company policies trade regulations and customerrequirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in order management and supply chainprocesses.
QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related field.
- 3 years of experience in order management or supply chain operations.
- Experience with international logistics and trade compliance.
- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
