About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Professionalin Real Estate Management to manage and oversee their portfolio ofrented and owned properties in Ludvika. The consultant will be responsible for budget management maintenance planning contractevaluation and coordination of construction projects acting as themain contact for property owners contractors and internal business units.
This senior-level (P3) role requiresindependent work managing complex property issues ensuring compliance withlaws and corporate standards and maintaining accurate documentation.
Who you are
- Solidexperience in realestate and facility management preferably in industrial orcommercial environments
- Minimum5 years ofprofessional experience in managing properties budgets andmaintenance programs
- Skilledin projectcoordination contract evaluation and constructionoversight
- Structured proactive and able to workindependently
- ExcellentSwedishand English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Holdsa validdrivers license
What will you do
- Oversee and manage leased and owned premises across multiple sites.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the organization property owners landlords and external contractors.
- Prepare manage and monitor budgets related to property operations maintenance and investment projects.
- Plan coordinate and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance as well as renovation and construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal directives regulatory standards and applicable legal requirements.
- Conduct financial analyses and evaluations of contracts supplier performance and service agreements.
- Serve as a requirements owner in construction and development projects ensuring alignment with operational and business needs.
- Coordinate property-related issues and collaborate with business units and support functions to optimize facility planning and utilization.
