Your Job
As a Customer Service Representative youll help customers after they buy home appliances. Youll be their first point of contact for questions or issues.
Your Tasks
Answer questions by phone and email
Diagnose issues using helpful tools and 60 step-by-step processes
Use online resources like YouTube tutorials to support customers
Give updates on orders and delivery
Assist with small repairs or direct bigger issues to the right department
Give product information and solve complaints in a friendly way
Work with 3 support systems/software tools
Cross-selling skills are a bonus!
What Were Looking For
- Proficiency in Dutch both written and spoken
- English (B2)
- Great communication skills
- Interest in tech and home appliances
- Problem-solving mindset
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Sales or cross-selling experience
