Our Client is seeking an English ECT for a supportive and well-organised secondary school in Hertford. The successful ECT will teach KS3 & KS4 English while receiving a comprehensive induction that includes a reduced timetable weekly mentoring sessions structured developmental feedback and ongoing CPD tailored to early career teachers.
