We are looking for precision professionalism and a passion for process.
Lease Administration
- Keep internal communication tools (e.g. SharePoint) up to date
- Monitor lease expiries and ensure timely renewals
- Maintain accurate lease data in SAP Real Estate
- Coordinate legal reviews and facilitate change requests
- Draft and manage lease agreements and addendums using standard templates
Financial Coordination
- Validate third-party rental and utility invoices with the Central Payments Division
- Assist with month-end billing and liaise with the Property Accountant
- Generate and verify monthly lease income invoices
Tenant & Stakeholder Support
- Ensure compliance with approval frameworks and filing protocols
- Deliver excellent customer service to tenants and internal teams
- Handle queries and complaints with empathy and professionalism
Administrative Excellence
- Stay current with internal policies and procedures
- Ensure timely high-quality service aligned with organizational values
- Provide general admin support across departments
REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience
Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent NQF Level 4
5 years in a property administration or management support role
Experience with SAP Real Estate and business intelligence tools
Exposure to lease administration and account management
Skills & Knowledge
Advanced MS Excel Word and PowerPoint proficiency
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and organizational ability
