Job Summary
Introduction
2 Year contract working in Ireland
Must have Valid Passport

Visa Fee will be covered by the company
Travel expenses relocating to Ireland as well as accomodation when arriving to be covered by the applicant
Duties & Responsibilities
* Experience working with reinforced concrete frames a must
* Overseeing managing and coorninating all wet and finishing trades (e.g. brickwork plastering tiling painting carpentry final installations) to ensure projects are completed to the highest quality standards otime and within budget
* Supervision: Leading mentoring and managing both direct staff and variety of subcontractors involved in finishing work
* Scheduling and Planning
* Material and equipment management
* Plant and equipment oversight
* SHEQ assurance compliance and implementation
* Staff supervision
* Site layout and setting out
* Problem solving
* Documentation Inspections and Handover
Desired Experience & Qualification
* At least 8 years or more Housing/Residential experience
Package & Remuneration
