- Review all daily digital media submissions (e.g. videos) to verify promoter attendance and compliance.
- Ensure all digital media is received and recorded before 09h00 daily for compliance checks.
- Conduct deep-dive retail store performance analysis and escalate exceptions to Channel Heads or relevant individuals.
Operational Compliance & Insights
- Use Retail Operations Centre checklists to monitor and report on:
- Attendance compliance
- Marketing execution
- Deal compliance
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and provide recommendations.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Assist in the training of new agents when required.
- Support promoter upskilling by identifying knowledge gaps.
- The ability to effectively train Promoters
- Energised & excited with the ability to create energy & excitement within Promotors.
- Ability to work with little supervision.
- Self-driven.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to discern the material from the immaterial with respect to what is uncovered in findings.
- Accustomed to tight deadlines and able to multi-task.
- High degree of integrity.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Solid attention to detail.
- Accurate reporting skills.
- A good understanding of the Retail Channel business processes reporting and dashboards. .
- Good understanding of Microsoft suite.
- A particulary good understanding of Excel.
Education and Experience:
- Matric
- At least one-year direct selling experience
- Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders.
