Role: Team Leader – Outbound & Inbound Sales
Location: Secunderabad (Hyderabad)
Experience: 2 – 5 Years as Team Leader (Overall 5 – 6 Years Relevant Exp.)
Maximum CTC: Up to 8 LPA

Job Description – Team Leader

• Manage a team of 14–15 Customer Care Associates (Outbound Sales Insurance Deposits & CASA Sales)
• Ensure adherence to compliance guidelines across all processes
• Drive employee productivity and maintain operational efficiency
• Analyze performance gaps and implement improvement action plans
• Monitor and push sales performance across all assigned KPIs
• Deliver exceptional service quality (ESQ) on every customer interaction
• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi along with one regional language (Kannada / Tamil / Odia / Malayalam preferred)
• Prior experience in a Team Leader role in both Outbound and Inbound Sales process
