At ShopBack were buildingThe Worlds Most Rewarding Way to Shop and were looking for a creative powerhouse who lives and breathes social media. As ourSocial Media Content Associate (Contract) youll shape how millions of shoppers experience the ShopBack brand online.
This is a hands-on end-to-end role perfect for someone who thrives on both strategy and execution and who knows how to make ideas come alive on screen.

What Youll Do

    • Plan create film edit and publishengaging social media content across platforms primarily Instagram and TikTok.
    • Conceptualize and executesocial-first campaigns that spotlight our apps key selling features merchants deals and lifestyle moments.
    • Balance creativity and execution:roughly50% video creation for Performance Marketing(filming and editing video variants) and50% creative production for Social Media(content ideation production editing).
    • Stay trend-savvy:continuously identify fresh relevant ideas that communicate the brand messaging in an engaging way.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with campaign creatives and business development teams.
    • Manage content briefs and execution with external content creators whenever necessary.

What Youll Bring

    • Experience insocial media management and content creation either in-house or agency (but comfortable working hands-on and independently).
    • Strong grasp of thesocial landscape understanding how to speak to bothMillennial and Gen Zaudiences authentically.
    • Comfortable working in afast-paced agile environment managing multiple projects from concept to post.
    • Proactive and solutions-oriented someone who can run with ideas and problem-solve on the go.
    • Proficiency with image and video editing tools likeCapCut Canva Adobe Suite or equivalent.
    • A creative portfolio that shows your content chops is a big plus.
