Job Summary
Responsibilities: To actively respond to inquiries from Facebook Instagram Tik Tok and WhatsApp; to negotiate and close B2B/B2C orders confidently; to propose and execute online promotions (e.g bundle deals flash sales giveaways) to boost sales; to keep in touch with outlet/operation team to arrange smooth delivery & stock coordination; to follow up with leads and close the deal timely; and to provide simple report (daily/weekly sales closed customer feedback etc).
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in customer service online sales retails sales or related field. Salary RM2.2K and above depending on the qualification and experience.
- Fluent in English Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Proficient in Bahasa Sarawak / Chinese dialects is a plus.
- Familiar with CCK Products or similar industries (F&B FMCG Poultry Seafood).
- Basic computer & mobile skills (Excel Google Sheets Messenger WhatsApp etc).
- Proactive aggressive in closing deals strong communication & follow-up skills.
- Able to work independently and good in multitasking.
