Job Summary

The Accounting Deal Clerkwill be responsible for managing financial transactions related to vehicle sales ensuring accuracy and efficiency in recording deals and transactions.

  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Hours and schedule may vary.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and record vehicle sales transactions
  • Review and verify documentation for each deal
  • Assist in reconciling financial discrepancies
  • Communicate with sales team to ensure proper deal documentation

Requirements:

  • Must submit to a background check and drug test
  • Valid Florida drivers license with a clean driving record
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Prior experience in accounting or financial transactions preferred
  • Computer and clerical skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills
