Process purchasing request via Oklahoma States purchasing system (OKCorral). Act as P-Card Approver and assist with P-Card applications and terminations. Assist with data entry and transaction corrections. Monitor budgets and assist with the production of reports. Package and process vouchers to the OSU Foundation and assist with the reconciliation of OSU Foundation funds.
Offices may include an open-plan space to foster collaboration and creativity. We have a common open-space office noise issue. Teams work closely together sharing ideas and solutions in a supportive atmosphere. Our company culture values positive attitudes teamwork and a service-oriented approach.
