Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that only high-quality products are produced and packaged. This role involves assisting with loading and packaging products onto pallets which are then wrapped and moved into inventory.

Occasional forklift operation will be required to move palletized products. The position also includes general plant upkeep cleaning and performing basic equipment maintenance throughout the day.

Candidates must be willing to work in a loud and dirty environment as well as outdoors in all weather conditions.

We are looking for team members who will follow all safety and company policies and help promote and maintain our strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Must be detail safety and quality orientated; careful attention to detail is required.
• Understand units of measure and be able to perform general mathematical equations.
• This position requires a lot of bending twisting and reaching while standing.
• Must be able to work quickly while standing in an extremely fast faced environment.
• Physical capacity to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis 80 pounds on occasion.
• Ability to work independently.
• Willing and able to work overtime and handle varying work hours.
• Prior mechanical experience or being mechanically inclined (i.e. capable of recognizing machine issues and irregularities) is preferred.
• Previous forklift experience/ certification is a plus.
