Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Global Payroll Specialist to manage and audit payroll operations across multiple regions including India Mexico Canada UK EU Australia and the U.S. This role ensures compliance accuracy and efficiency in payroll processing while supporting system enhancements and resolving complex issues.

Key Responsibilities

Audit and reconcile payroll data for accuracy and compliance.
Administer base and non-base pay components (overtime bonuses commissions).
Calculate gross-to-net pay and manage statutory deductions.
Resolve complex payroll and compensation inquiries.
Test and implement payroll system enhancements (ADP Workday SAP Oracle).
Maintain payroll records and ensure timely delivery of payments.
Collaborate on special projects and process improvements.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll administration payroll operations or compensation processing.
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Global and U.S. payroll preferred
Experience with payroll systems (ADP Streamline / Celergo / Payforce / iHCMII Workday SAP Oracle).
Strong knowledge of compliance tax codes and statutory requirements.
FPC CPP or other Global certifications preferred.
