Description

Centurion is proud to be the provider of mental health services to the Georgia Department of Corrections.

The Integrated Treatment Facilities Supervisorwill provide regional oversight and training of mental health staff under direction of Assistant Program Manager and Senior Clinical Director.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Provide on-site training to Mental Health Unit Manager and Counseling staff
Provide technical and administrative oversight to staff under direction of Assistant Program Manager
Assist staff to identify deficiencies from audits and to develop and monitor corrective action plans
Assist with preparation for audits
Ensure monthly and quarterly CQI is completed and forwarded to Regional Office and GDC
Conduct on-site visits to each program on a monthly basis

Qualifications

Masters level degree in Psychology Social Work Counseling or related field from an accredited educational institution required
Active GA professional license required - LCSW - LPC or LMFT
Minimum of three years experience providing mental health services in a correctional setting required
Supervisory experience preferred
Must be able to pass background investigation drug screen and obtain agency security clearance
Must show current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification

Schedule: M-F on day shift
