What You Will Do:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in Bridgeport WV as a Quality Analyst. The Quality Analyst is responsible for the product safety management system. This will include working with the PWES Quality Team to ensure PWES meets applicable standards regulations and guidance (e.g. AS9110).In addition you will also perform various Quality functions to include management of internal corrective actions conducting investigations reporting Safety Management System information to senior leadership and other duties as required. To succeed in this role you must have excellent written and verbal skillset with a keen eye for detail and be able to work across multiple levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Internal Audits
Conduct Quality Investigations
Perform root cause corrective action (RCCA) analysis
Assist with Regulatory Compliance
Lead Internal Teams with Quality Related Projects and initiatives
Utilize the CORE tools to review statistical data and analyze the information to define opportunities for improvement and abilities to foster a culture where Quality and CORE are truly ingrained in day-to-day work-place activities

Qualifications You Must Have:

Bachelors degree with 2 years experience in Quality Engineering or Supplier Management OR an Associates Degree and 4 years prior relevant experience OR 6 years prior relevant experience in lieu of formal education
US Citizenship required due to government contracts

Qualifications We Prefer:

Familiarity with AS9110 / AS9100
Prior experience performing RCCAs
Previous aviation experience with knowledge of FAA & NAA regulations
Prior experience as an internal Auditor
Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint

The salary range for this role is 66000 USD - 130000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
